As we explain in more detail below, we may collect your personal information through the following means: when you complete a registration, when you visit our Web sites, use or interact with our services, when you contact us by the telephone, via email, through the correspondence or from other sources, or when the third parties who have your authority disclose such personal information to us.
1. Registration Information
Account Registration. When you sign up for a iChoice Life User Account, you are required to provide an email address (which will be used as your login ID) and to create an account password. If you elect to sign up for an iChoice Life User Account using your Facebook, Twitter or Google+ credentials, you will be asked to allow us to access the basic information (including your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user ID, list of friends and other public information) and certain profile information (such as your birthday) associated with your Facebook, Twitter or Google+ account. In order to benefit fully from the our products and services, you can also add additional personal details to your User Account, such as height, weight, gender, and age. If you are using our mobile application, these details are required as part of your registration process. Information sent from your ChoiceMMed America product to the service or information that you add manually to our service are stored in your User Account. When you elect to share data from your User Account with others, we collect the information you provide about those individuals such as their name and email address. You can decide in your sole discretion what information you want to share with others in this manner. This information will only be made available to friends with whom you have specifically agreed to share such information and we will treat it as Registration Information. You have a right to change these options at any time. Product Registration. When you are a purchaser or user of any of our products, and in order to get a better service or obtain a quick warranty, you can elect to complete the Product Registration, you will be providing us with certain information, some of which identifies you personally, such as your name and email address, company name, mailing address, phone number, postal code, and product category, model and serial number and other registration information. From time to time, you may also provide us with additional information about yourself if you engage in any other transactions with us, for example, when you give us your phone number or email address to seek customer support. We call this information you provide to us directly "Registration Information".
2. Usage Information
We collect information when you visit our Web site, use or interact with our services (including syncing, logging and sharing content with our iChoice features), when you visit our partners' Web sites that use our services, and when you view or click advertisements that we serve or are served on our behalf ("Usage Information"). Usage Information could include general click stream behavior such as Web pages viewed (including the URL addresses of such pages), search queries from which users are directed to a page, navigation from page to page through our services, time spent on each page, and items that you click or select . Usage Information also may include IP address, information about your geographic location derived from your IP address and the domain name of your Internet Service Provider.
3. Technical Information
We collect technical information such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.), the type of operating system you are using (e.g., Windows or Mac OS), the central processing unit on your computer, and your manner of connecting to the Internet (e.g., connection speed through narrowband or broadband access) ( "Technical Information"). Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you're using and its settings.
